9x30 Design, pronounced "Nine by Thirty Design," is a small, innovative architecture firm located in Rochester, NY. Our design team works closely with every client to achieve the most appropriate solution to suit their unique needs. We offer archtiectural services for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, incorporating our passion for sustainable, energy-efficient design into each project. We feel that net-zero, low maintenance buildings are the smartest investment you can make.

Our firm is a U.S. Green Building Council member, and we are happy to facilitate the LEED certification process to earn your project national recognition as a green building. We are also an Energy Star Partner, and experienced with the National Green Building Certification Program overseen by the National Association of Home Builders Research Center.

	Amanda Everson Costanza, AIA, LEED AP
	Amanda is a Registered Architect and LEED Accredited Professional specializing in single-family and multi-family residential projects, commercial projects, and educational building design. A California native, Amanda founded 9x30 Design after moving to Rochester in 2003. She previously worked for architecture firms in Los Angeles, Oakland, and San Francisco, California on projects across the country. Amanda holds a degree in Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley, where she studied at the College of Environmental Design.

	Christopher A. Costanza, AIA, LEED AP
	Chris is a Registered Architect and LEED Accredited Professional specializing in commercial and industrial building design, as well as scientific research & testing facilities. Chris has worked for architecture and design-build firms in Rochester, New York, San Francisco and Berkeley, California. Chris holds degrees in Architecture from Savannah College of Art and Design, where his focus was Historic Preservation and Structures, and the University of California, Berkeley, where he studied Building Science and Microclimate Design.
